ABS Discussion Forum

In addition to the formal consultation questions being posed under the entity regulation and compliance-based regulation sections, we would like to provide an early opportunity for discussion around alternative business structures. The responses provided in the discussion forum will be reported to the Prairie law societies. Please note that your username will be publicly available alongside your commentary.

Contributions to this consultation are closed for evaluation and review (Summer/Fall 2016). The Prairie law societies will report back on key outcomes.
